If our product is defective in any way, you can return items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the original purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more then thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping charges are non refundable. Guarantee / warranty

We guarantee products made or distributed by us to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Any ligation and/or liability under this guarantee is expressly and exclusively limited to repairing or at our option, replacing at no charge any part proving to be defective under normal use within 90 days of sale(customer's receipt of said product) or 1,500 yards of operation, whichever should come first. Parts claimed to be defective and for which repair or replacement is desired must be returned(transportation prepaid by the customer) to our facility for inspection. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OUR OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER CHARGES OR THE COST OF INSTALLATION OR ANY LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR DELAY RESULTING FROM THE DEFECT. Any operation beyond rated capacity or improper use or application or substitution of parts not approved by us or any alteration or repairs by others in such manner as, in our judgment, to affect the product materially and adversely shall void this Warranty. No representative is authorized to change this Warranty in any way, and no attempt, effort or promise to repair, either by us or by any representative at any time, shall change or extend this Warranty in any way.
